Great customer service!

I ordered this grill on behalf a friend of mine here in Germany. We are both U.S. Army Soldiers that are stationed here. He needed a replacement for the one that was stolen off of his car. I encountered a problem with the shipping on this item. It is usually shipped via FedEx by this seller, but FedEx didn't want to deliver to an APO AE address for some reason. This company was awesome! They immediately started trying to find another way to ship it for me and finally was able to ship it USPS. They really went above and beyond in customer service, and truthfully I wasn't expecting such attention from a car parts business. They emailed me frequently to keep in contact, so that made it easy. As far as the product itself goes, it was exactly what was ordered and the quality of the piece is great and it arrived intact. My friend is pleased that his gangster-mobile is back in order and well, everybody is happy!
