Decent product, zero help from mfg

03 Ford Escape. The grill guard seems to be pretty decent quality for the price. Fit was excellent once installed. There was some minor cutting and drilling to get everything to work but the major holes were all there. What was frustrating was after several phone calls to Aries and several detailed emails I never got a single response from them. The hand written diagram instructions for this particular vehicle were very convoluted and difficult to comprehend, and it was very frustrating. A couple of simple pictures would have explained everything. Luckily a bracket can only fit so many ways and I figured it out.
