Street Scenes Grill

I bought the Street Scenes Grill for my 2007 Ford Fusion. I bought the Black Chrome upper and lower grills. They both look great and easy to install but one thing i noticed is that the lower grill is blacker than the upper grill. The upper grill has more of a "chrome" finish instead of black. I actually ordered another one and had the same issue. I contaced Street Scenes and they told me the reason why they look different is because depending on what year the upper grill was made they stopped using the same process that made them look darker. So in short if you are getting the Black Chrome upper grill don't expect it to be black. I will have to take mine off and spray paint it. Not a big deal just an inconvenience otherwise nice product.
